Executive Director - Trust, Fund and Corporate Services - Victus Search : Job Details

Position Overview:

As the Director of the business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the comprehensive suite of financial and corporate services (namely: Trust, Fund, and Corporate Services). You will be working with the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the strategic vision of the services division while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their unique needs are met.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the wider group to expand the client base and revenue streams. Acting as a brand ambassador.

Financial Management: Oversee the division's budget, financial performance, and profitability, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and ensure that all services provided are compliant with local and international laws and regulations.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Trust, Fund, and Corporate Services division, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and long-term vision.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, STEP, ICSA, Qualified Solicitor or similar.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Trust, Fund, and Corporate Services industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
