My client is a highly respected professional services practice with a first class reputation.Due to continued client growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Administrator to join the team.Reporting to the Head of Operations and Divisional Director the duties will be varied and include:-

  • Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
  • Manage and organize documents, files, and correspondence
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, clients, and visitors
  • Assist with client intake and data entry into case management systems
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
