Experience needed:

We are looking for 360 recruiter who has experience recruiting within Commercial or Residential Real Estate. Someone who is hungry and ambitious to learn, be creative with their buisness development approach. This is our historic top billing team, if you were to join you would be seeing large monthly bonuses and access to a large client base.

The Desk

The Real Estate team at Cobalt is the top performing and most well-established desk in the company, with brilliant clients we have been successfully advising for over 20 years. We are responsible for recruiting candidates within the Investment & Capital Markets space. There is a vast arena covering General Practice Surveying, Investment Management, Private Equity, Real Estate Finance, Investment Advisory, and Capital Raising/Investor Relations.

You would be working within a team who has over 20 years of recruitment experience within Cobalt, and the GP Real Estate and Investment sectors. You will receive best in class training and support with the view of managing your own desk and time autonomously in the future.

This team is the heart of our business with a very warm client list, and high fee levels. We are now looking to grow this team with several strategic hires to take full advantage of our exceptional position in the market and the rapidly increasing recruitment activity in our space.
