Executry Paralegal opportunity in Edinburgh  Full Job DescriptionMeraki Talent has been instructed on a Executry Paralegal role in Edinburgh with a leading Scottish firm. Full and part time hours will be considered and hybrid working will be available after passing probation  This firm has a brilliant reputation not only for their work but also for developing staff.  They are also ranked in the Legal 500  Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for your own caseload of executry files with Partner and Solicitor support
• You will attend client meetings and take instructions
• You will deal with matters such as framing estate inventory, accounting to executors and beneficiaries and distribution of estates to beneficiaries
• You will work as part of a team

  About You

• You will be a SPA registered Paralegal
• You will have a strong understanding of executory process and succession law
• SOLAS or STEP qualification desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Team player
