Royal Collection Trust's varied exhibition programme explores fascinating threads of history and art from the past to the present, for thousands of people to enjoy. As an Exhibitions Project Manager, you’ll help to ensure that these projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll help deliver large scale exhibitions and special displays, presenting the ideas of our Curators in inspiring, thought-provoking ways.
  • You'll co-ordinate the life cycle of exhibitions and displays from conception through to evaluation.
  • Using your excellent stakeholder management skills, you’ll bring together multiple teams to help with operational aspects of exhibitions and ensure they are designed, installed and dismantled in line with project plans and timelines.
  • As a main point of contact for the project team, you'll keep people both within and beyond Royal Collection Trust up-to-date with progress.
  • You’ll develop and manage designated exhibition budgets, delivering value for money and mitigating risk
  • With your keen eye for detail, you’ll keep project records up to date whilst using them to monitor our success.

In everything you do you will be a trusted source of advice and guidance for Royal Collection Trust, making sure every exhibition is delivered to the highest standard of presentation.

Essential Criteria:

  • With previous project management experience within a visitor attraction environment, you're ready to make the impact we need.
  • With excellent organisation skills, you'll be in your element working on several different projects at the same time, delivering to tight deadlines and within budget.
  • As a strong and assured communicator, you're able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external colleagues.
  • With a high attention to detail, along with relevant IT skills, you'll be confident dealing with all the requirements involved with delivering large-scale exhibitions.
  • Your innovative and pragmatic approach to problem solving will make you a driving force within our team.
  • And above all you'll enjoy working within a talented team to achieve collaborative, visually stunning results.
  • Whilst a background of managing exhibitions in a museum environment would be advantageous, it’s your passion to deliver the exceptional that we are looking for.

We know that to deliver our best work; we need to feel at our best. That’s why at the Royal Household we offer a generous benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and life priorities.
