The company has experienced consistent 30% growth year-on-year for the past 3-4 years and is opening a new office in Northern Ireland to support its European operations.
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade customers across Ireland and the EU.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities and optimising current accounts.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle options based on customer needs.
- Manage customer satisfaction and provide exceptional after-sales service.
- Inspect and confirm vehicle conditions upon arrival in Northern Ireland.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure smooth transactions with internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in automotive sales, particularly with prestige brands or international markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to structure deals and use spreadsheets to maximise profitability.
- Experience managing multiple accounts independently.
- A target-driven, proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset.
- Full, valid driving licence and ability to travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
- Self-motivated and passionate about the automotive industry.
