Experienced IFA Administrator / Trainee IFA - Appointed ltd : Job Details

Due to a exciting recent acquisition my client who are a Fareham based whole of market financial planning practice are expanding their team with opportunities for a experienced IFA administrator who is ambitious to train as a Paraplanner, or a experienced Paraplanner looking to train as a IFA and shadow a highly experienced adviser possessing many years of financial planning knowledge.

Duties

• Supporting a team of financial planners with whole of market IFA administration.
• Dealing with client technical queries in a efficient and professional manner.
• Specific to a paraplanner - attending client meeting, taking notes/ information.
• Specific to a administrator - gathering and compiling information for meeting packs, annual reviews, LOA’s, submitting of new business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Financial services experience, ideally within a an IFA or wealth practice.
• Experience using Intelligent office is desired
• Any relevant qualification, such as certificates in financial planning or working towards the level 4 diploma in financial planning is desired.

Package

A salary of up to £35k depending on experience, 25 days holiday + the day off on your birthday, study/examination support, life cover, pension, PMI, all after flexible working, but will mainly be a office based role.
