Role Overview:

As a Lettings Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process, managing tenancy progression from offer acceptance through to move-in. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the tenancy progression process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and referencing agencies to facilitate a seamless move-in process.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, collecting required documentation, and coordinating move-in dates.
  • Managing deposit registrations and compliance with relevant lettings legislation.
  • Ensuring properties are ready for new tenants, arranging inventories, and conducting pre-tenancy checks.
  • Providing regular updates to all parties, ensuring excellent customer service and problem-solving any issues that arise.
  • Working collaboratively with the lettings team to maintain a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a lettings, property management, or tenancy progression role is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance is advantageous.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
