Gweres Teyluyow is a specialist team which works in a targeted, multidisciplinary way with children aged aged 5 to 11 living at home with their parents, extended family or alternative carers, where there is risk of family breakdown. Gweres Teyluyow provides an intensive response to some of our most vulnerable children and their families, to do everything possible to avoid entry to care, or any other long term detrimental impact on family relationships and functioning.
