EXPORT CLERK- LIVE EVENTS/ FILMS - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

NEW JUST IN - My clients seeking an experienced Export Clerk for their live events/ film department!

Duties would include:

• Dealing with both imports and exports start-finish
• Co-coordinating projects / event logistics
• Quoting clients
• Liaising with the overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates
• Customs entries
• Monitoring shipments from start-finish
• Preparing paperwork and handling pre-alerts/ post flights
• General customer services/ admin

Key Skills

• Previous project experience within events lives/ projects
• Good knowledge of export operations start-finish
• PC literate
• Outstanding customer service skills
• DG trained- preferred

Working Hours:

• Monday- Friday 0900-1730
