We are working with a leading shipping and freight forwarding business company seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team in Grimsby.

Responsibilities:

• Working with export shipments
• Issuing sales invoices
• Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines.
• Take bookings for internal system.
• Liaison with customers and clients
• Work on full load export operations
• Complete export customs entries
• Using internal customs systems such as Descartes/Destin8
• Complete export documentation

Skills Required:

• Excellent organisation skills
• 1-3 years experience working in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience working within Exports
• Good decision-making skills
• Excellent IT skills
