We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding company seeking a Export Operations Coordinator to join their team in Essex.Responsibilities;

• Handling shipments from arrival in the warehouse up until auditing files
• Booking in container loading and haulage with warehouse
• Transferring of cargo
• Submitting DGNs to shipping lines
• Load planning
• Preparing and checking container settlement
• File closing
• Making bookings with shipping lines
• Liaise with sales & customers to fill low volume containers

Skills Required;

• Experience with Groupage Consolidation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience handling deep sea shipments
• Excellent communication skills
• LCL shipping experience
