- Competitive salary between £28,000 to £34,000 pa DOE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for UK and international customers.
- Raise and process customer orders, provide quotes for products, and follow up with clients to convert these into sales.
- Coordinate the delivery process from dispatch to arrival, ensuring customers are kept informed about lead times.
- Manage inventory levels and work with the logistics team to restock items where necessary.
- Produce import and export shipping documentation for international customers.
- Assist with all customer queries and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
- Liaise with warehousing and logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery.
The Person:
- Previous customer service experience in a B2B setting.
- Proficient IT skills, with strengths in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- International export shipping experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
