** Calling all export sales professionals! **
I am seeking a dedicated and ambitious Export Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join the team of a repeat client in Feltham. The successful candidate will have a strong desire and commitment to achieving business development success and will possess previous experience in the export industry. This is a Monday-Friday role, working 40 hours a week with flexi hours.
Main Duties:
- Efficiently process customer, agent, and distributor export quotes, orders, and enquiries.
- Promote spares and various services, focusing on add-ons and upselling opportunities.
- Provide support in coordinating and following up on proactive sales campaigns.
- Manage administrative systems to ISO 9001/2000 (QMS) standards.
- Identify prospects for Spares & Service sales and pass relevant information to machine sales personnel.
- Negotiate directly with customers.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of export procedures.
- Product knowledge (filtration/separation equipment ideally, or similar machinery).
- Strong business development experience with the ability to negotiate and produce accurate and timely quotations.
- Technically minded candidate who is happy to get their hands dirty and learn the product(s) in depth
- Multi-lingual (ideal but not essential)
- Good computer skills (CRM & MS Office products)

- Initial package: £25,200 (inclusive of 10% bonus and cost of living allowance)
- Commission/On target earnings of £30,000+
