External Handyman / Janitor - The Recruitment Co : Job Details

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an External Handyman / Janitor for our client who are a market leading Facilities Management company.The site is based in Edinburgh, EH3, and you will be responsible for the generaltidiness of the site.Duties Include:Ensuring that the waste bins are taken out from resident's bin stores in time for daily collections.Carry out litter picking and cleaning public waste bins dailyPower washing external footpathsGraffiti removal and various other tasks as required. Weekly car park cleaning using scrubber dryerDeal with any requests from the client.Some internal work at the clients request such as painting, replacing skirting, and replacing locks on doorsTo succeed in this role you will need the following:A full UK driving licence is essential to drive the utility vehicleSelf motivation with the ability to use your own initiativeEnthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skillsThe hours of work will be Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, and you will be required to work every other Sunday (once every 2 weeks)The pay rate for this role is £12.25 per hour.This is a temporary to permanent role after 12 weeksThe Recruitment Co are an equal opportunities employerCPManchesterGS
