Long term futures are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in the Selly Oak area with young children at nursery age to facilitate a safe and developmental environment. This role is crucial for the progression of young minds and early education.

Key responsibilities:

• Observing and recording the development of children in your care
• Planning engaging sessions for children to participate in
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Identify developmental points to help children grow
• Be able to form bonds for better communication with young children

Qualifications:

• Early years practitioner qualifications desired
• Knowledge of safeguarding and how to implement
• Experience working with young children in a school/nursery setting
• Have the ability to create a supportive and caring environment
