Reception Teaching Assistant - Full Time (SEND) Location: Saltley Start Date: January 2025 Our client school in Saltley is seeking an experienced Reception Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND). This full-time, ongoing role starts in January 2025 and offers the opportunity to work closely with children in the Early Years setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to SEND children within the Reception class. Assist the teacher in adapting lessons and activities to meet individual needs. Help create a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Work closely with external specialists and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students. Candidate: Experience working with SEND children in an Early Years or school setting. Passionate about helping children overcome learning challenges. Patient, empathetic, and skilled at working with diverse needs. A relevant SEND qualification or training would be an advantage but not essential.
