Accommodation relocation support may be available for the preferred successful candidateInterview date: 16 OctoberClosing Date: 06-10-2024Reference: 17478We’re looking for a Face to Face (F2F) Manager in the Northeast to join our award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity within the RNLI to develop our talented team of fundraisers and inspire many new supporters of our lifesaving charity.About the roleThis role will be required to manage a team of face-to-face fundraisers who will sign up regular supporters contributing towards the wider fundraising goals to help the RNLI to continue to save lives at sea across the UK & Ireland. Our team provides a motivated and positive environment where we welcome those who want to join an engaging and solution focussed team.As a F2F Manager you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:- Recruit, train, and performance manage a team of motivated paid F2F Fundraisers- Manage and develop a portfolio of fundraising locations including RNLI assets along the Northeast coast of England, from Berwick-upon-Tweed Lifeboat Station to Humber Lifeboat Station- Measure and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as fundraising targets and budgets- Create and execute detailed delivery plans, mitigating for risks and opportunities- Maintain and develop internal and external stakeholder relationshipsAbout youWe are looking for a motivated and focussed candidate who will bring the following skills & experience:- A full & valid driving licence- Evidence of managing and motivating a team of paid staff or volunteers to achieve goals/targets- Experience in managing own workload and prioritising & adapting to reactive work- Ability to manage budgets- Good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint- Experience in face-to-face fundraising.
