What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer in facilities management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Versatility in performing various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and general building fabric repairs.
