Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer with expertise in high-spec commercial environments and a strong background in passive fire protection? We're partnering with a leading facilities management firm to find a proactive and detail-oriented Fabric Engineer to join a prestigious high-rise building in Central London.

As a Fabric Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational and aesthetic standards of this high-spec building are maintained. This is a permanent, on-site position where you'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the building's structural components, with a strong emphasis on passive fire safety.

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance, focusing on all building fabric aspects such as walls, ceilings, doors, and furnishings.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with passive fire protection standards and complete remedial works where required.
• Collaborate with the M&E and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all building elements.
• Adhere to safety regulations and proactively address potential issues related to fire integrity and overall structural safety.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and uphold documentation related to fire safety inspections and repairs.

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer in a high-spec or commercial setting.
• Formal qualification in passive fire protection or demonstrable experience in fire safety installations and compliance.
• Knowledge of building safety standards, with the ability to identify and address issues related to fire safety and structural integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger facilities team.
