Fabricator / WeldersTideswell, Buxton, SK17 8PQ

• Full time, permanent position
• Monday – Friday (7:45am – 4:15pm)
• £14 - £17 per hour with paid overtime at time + 50% or double time, depending on shift
• An additional £1 per hour when working away

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to work in both our workshop and on customer sites. You'll be involved in various projects, ensuring a diverse and engaging role. Weekend and overtime work available, including both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and welding of structural and general steel engineering projects
• Site-based fabrication, welding, and fitting
• Workshop-based fabrication
• Working to technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring high-quality standards and safe working practices

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in their work. However, training will be provided for the right candidate. About you:

• Experience in structural steel / heavy engineering projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, welding, or fabrication
• Experience with MIG / MMA welding (desirable but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
