Job Description :

My client is recruiting for a Facilities Administrator.

The role will be assisting with work activities relating to the effective running of the site services department on the site. This will involve interfacing with all areas of the factory.

  • Site services contractor management.
  • Create and manage all SAP POs relating to site service activities.
  • job planning and coordination of site services activities.
  • Daily Chemical stock tanking and ordering
  • General contact for Site Services Office
  • Answer email queries from other departments
  • Assist with yard queries and arrange/ manage waste collections.
  • Approve/process/query invoices for Site Services
  • Raise general work permits for general works.

Ideally have experience on FM environment.

£14.00 per hour
