Facilities Assistant - Prize Placements : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a facilities assistant on a temporary basis.

Knowledge, skills and experience required: • Physically able to operate heavy duty equipment and lift and move heavy objects• Able to use own initiative• High standards of cleaning• Skilled and knowledgeable in routine maintenance activitie• Good working knowledge of health and safety requirements• Able to use ICT, including working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA valid Enhanced DBS with child barred list is essential for this role.

As part of the premises team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective provision of health and safety, security, maintenance and cleaning services . To ensure the high standards are reflected in the safety, upkeep and appearance of the school buildings and grounds. To support the Bursar with liaison with external users and to facilitate such bookings and events.
