FACILITIES ASSISTANT - Floss Agency : Job Details

Plus £600 PA On Call Allowance.

This is a permanent Term Time Only role working 37 weeks per year Plus 10 additional days.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an aspiring Facilities Manager who thrives in a busy, hands on and varied role, this post to support the coordination of the building and facilities services, ensuring compliance, routine servicing, and planned maintenance operations plus reactive repairs are delivered. The postholder will ensure that health & safety?statutory obligations are met, whilst following best practice. You will be responsible for maintaining site safety standards high in order to staff and visitors safe.

This role involves delivering the Facilities Development plan and you will work closely with the wider Staff and members of its community. This will include instructing contractors, to ensure all projects and tasks are conducted safely and on time. Supported by the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Coordinator, the postholder will get opportunities to work with a team on another local site in order to train and share best practice. Day to day activities will include monitoring risk assessments, undertaking infrastructure inspections and audits, accident reporting as well
