FACILITIES ASSISTANT - Floss Agency : Job Details

This is a permanent Term Time Only role working 37 weeks per year Plus 10 additional days.

To undertake general repairs and maintenance around the establishment; Ensure resources such as cleaning supplies and equipment are stored and maintained appropriately;

Maintain security of site; Operate and regularly check heating, cooling lighting and security systems etc;

Undertake general porterage duties such as: moving furniture and equipment within the building.

The successful candidate will:

Have proficient technical and practical skills relevant to the job; Have experience of working in the maintenance / building industry;

Be able to carry out general maintenance and other practical tasks, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, electrics, decorating and deep cleaning;

Have a willingness to undertake appropriate training and professional development. Have competency in communication, teamwork, and customer service Have an understanding of Health and Safety

Core hours are Monday to Friday.
