Facilities Co ordinator - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are currently working with a global organisation to join one of their clients on site as a facilities Coordinator for an initial period of 6 MonthsThe role is based on site just outside of Liverpool and salary will be between £13 - £15PH DOE.The role will include assisting withthe running of the CAFM system while supporting the management team to maintain contractual compliance and mitigate service failures.The Full Job Description Is Below -

• Manage tenant damage process
• Operate the CAFM system, updating system with full audit trail from receipt to closure
• Produce Bi-weekly reports on the NWPS mechanism ensuring completion within time scales
• Awareness of IFM policies, procedures & objectives
• Supporting in Financial Processes
• Carry out contractor vetting
• Conducting site inspections
• Carrying out safety procedures
• Implement property risk management programs
• Maintain premises
• Business continuity plans
• Achieving SLA alongside KPI's
