### Description**About the role** Responsible for the efficient running of our Electrical Function within ourSkegness resort, you’ll ensure that the highest standard of service is metconsistently, ensuring that we delight our guests and receive positivefeedback.Leading a team to not only deliver the best service to our customers but tomake sure the team are always engaged and carrying out best practice, you willsupport with day to day activities of the electrical team, including routinemaintenance, servicing and repairing of domestic, commercial and electricalequipment. You will manage project works with both team and subcontractors.You will plan and operate the rota system including on call systems, and beavailable for call outs if required. You should have a good knowledge in allaspects of fault finding and installation works. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is veryimportant. Occasional late work will be required and at least 1 weekend dayper week will need to be covered. As part of the Resorts Management team, it will be your responsibility tomanage both your internal team and external service providers to ensure fullcompliance of all H&S; polices are adhered to. You will also oversee all team activities within the department includingrecruitment, performance, and team development. You should be a real advocatefor your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121sand PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin’s. As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need toenjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guestexperience is always your number one priority.### About YouWe are looking for an experienced __ electrical leader that can support theteam to deliver fantastic service, putting the guests first in everything youdo. You will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filledenvironment to deliver an excellence experience. You should have previous experience in leading teams, with an ability toprioritise a demanding workload, work on your own initiative and a soundunderstanding of how to operate a PCMicrosoft suite. You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilstdelivering consistent brand standards. The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of highdemand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities andadapt quickly to changing requirements. With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your teamto deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day. **Youll need to have an 18th Edition electrical qualification, as well as aHVK license.**### General Duties & Key Accountabilites* Responsibility for managing the team during a shift on key tasks and objectives. * Driving add on sales and promotions and supporting team to do the same. * Ensuring all stock proposition is available for guests. * Monitoring consistent delivery of a quality guest experience in line with brandvenue guidelines. * Ensuring any guest feedback is captured. * Provides accurate rota’s 3 weeks in advance through SAM for all team within the venue and takes accountability for ensuring the accuracy of closing the system. * Monitors NPS and takes action where possible on guest feedback. * Coach and develop the team to ensure departmental plans are met. * Be a champion of the Butlin’s Values and Leadership Behaviours. * Ensure we always have a focus on RPRRT in the way we rota team. * Build and maintain strong relationships across the resort, other resorts, and Butlins central support teams. * Responsibility, where required, for people support of the department, including all people tasks from onboarding through the employee life cycle.
