Facilities Engineer - Premier Work Support : Job Details

We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to be based at a busy warehouse in Waltham Cross. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 out of 7 days each week 7am-4pm.

Duties:

• Provide scheduled and emergency maintenance to warehouses and offices.
• Required maintenance may include building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, and general maintenance.
• Maintain records of equipment and supplies.
• Oversee external contractors, as required.
• Attend meetings and workshops.
• Adhere to company regulations.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience of facilities maintenance, preferably within a warehouse.
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• H&S / COSHH trained.
• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
