We are currently looking for a Facilities Helpdesk administrator to work with an education establishment in Huddersfield, HD1. This is a temporary role for 3+ months.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm - START ASAP
Hourly rate £13.46 per hour
Enhanced DBS required.
The core responsibilities for this role are:
- chasing SR and following up any remedial works that are required to ensure the business remains compliant
- Following up any remedial works that are required to ensure the business remains compliant
- Schedule PPM tasks in with Contractors
- Answering calls
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Raise Work Orders
- Other relevant tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel) - essential
- Experience using CAFM system - essential
- understand reactive and PPM jobs
- Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
- Good time management skills
- Have a good understanding of what Facilities Management is
- Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
