Job Location : Stoke-on-Trent, UK
As a Facilities Helpdesk Scheduler, you will develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure a consistent and compliant approach is implemented for asset management.
You will assist the Facilities department by maintaining and using the helpdesk software, booking systems and various administrative duties required by the department. In addition, you will allocate work to the relevant teams and support with general administrative tasks.
This position is on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including weekends and bank holidays.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
