Facilities & Maintenance Operative - Jackie Wilsher Staff Service : Job Details

We are currently supporting a Leighton Buzzard based company with the recruitment of a Facilities & Maintenance Operative. Please note, for this position you MUST have a full UK driving licence, and MUST be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes. This role does require someone who is able to start early, work late, and able to commit to overnight stays.

Working Hours: These may vary dependant on the location, and season, however, you will be paid for 40-hours average.

Location: Head office is Leighton Buzzard based, however, you will travel nationwide.

• Window Cleaning.
• Cladding Cleaning.
• Specialist Deep Cleaning.
• Carpet Cleaning.
• Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance.
• Steam Cleaning.
• Pressure Washing.
• Street Cleaning.
• High-Level Cleaning.
• General Maintenance,

Requirements:

• Must be fit & healthy.
• Ability to lift and load.
• Confident with heights.
• Valid UK driving licence (Must have).
• Over 25 due to insurance requirements.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Solid career history.
• Willing to commit to overnight and weekend work on occasions (fully paid expenses and overtime available).
• CSCS - desirable.
• IPAF - desirable.
