We’re seeking a dynamic candidate to join a globally renowned finance company and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office services. This senior position requires someone with strong experience in facilities management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building systems and services, including reception, café, cleaning, security, maintenance, and more.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across various functions.
- Develop and track preventative maintenance for critical infrastructure (HVAC, UPS systems, power, plumbing).
- Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and address alerts, ensuring smooth operations 24/7.
- Manage office seating arrangements and support with flexible, hands-on tasks as needed (e.g., lunch cover at reception).

- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
