Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to office activities.
• Correspond and communicate effectively with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency of facilities management processes.
• Manage office layout changes and coordinate office moves.
• Oversee cleaning and waste management to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage the budget for facilities-related expenses.
