Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to office activities.
- Correspond and communicate effectively with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance the efficiency of facilities management processes.
- Manage office layout changes and coordinate office moves.
- Oversee cleaning and waste management to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage the budget for facilities-related expenses.
