Facilities Manager - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone from a facilies background, who has drive and a willingness to learn.

Your new roleYour new role will consist of the following:

• Maintenance of Properties
• Compliance/Inspection Log
• Vehicle Maintenance and ComplianceAll training will be provided over a period of 6 months, you will be taught everything you need to be successful in this role.

We can offer you a salary package of up to £40,000 with a car allowance

29 Days Holiday - with an extra day of for any religious holidays

• Charasmatic / Can do attitude
• Some sort of Facilities Backgrounds
