Job Description :

Cobalt is working alongside a boutique Asset Management Firm to find a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of buildings in a vibrant part of London City.

Due to growth within company assets, this well respected firm are looking to add to their head count with an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a medium-sized portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a portfolio of commercial buildings and be able to provide a total FM service to key clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the effective maintenance of the building plants and fabric in terms of both planned and reactive works.

  • Prepare and administer service charge expenditure and budgets.

  • Undertake regular building inspections.

  • Oversee any reactive and planned maintenance works.

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance, conducting regular site inspections, signing off RAMS and permits to work etc.

  • Managing external contractors for M&E, security, and cleaning.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience managing a portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial buildings.

  • Full process of drafting a service charge budget to completion

  • Experience in procurement and tendering hard and soft FM contracts

  • Be IOSH OR NEBOSH accredited
