We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to join our clients team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing both direct operatives and subcontracted maintenance providers, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality services that comply with all statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, with responsibilities including recruitment, handling disciplinary issues, appraisals, and performance management. Strong operational finance management skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and high computer literacy are also key advantages.
