Richard House is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager who can deliver a safe, effective and engaging working environment? This is a great opportunity to take a leading role in maintaining and developing our buildings, grounds and facilities. We are looking for a successful Facilities Manager with up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, with a can-do attitude, who can juggle and manage a varied workload as well as having excellent communication and relationship management skills.You will possess a clean driving licence, as you will have access to the Richard House Van.Previous experience, knowledge and understanding of both the voluntary and healthcare sectors is an advantage.Richard House is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
