Location - Reading / Basingstoke Area
Salary - Expected starting salary £29,740 (dependent on experience and suitability for the role)

What is the role of a Facility Coordinator?
As a Facility Coordinator, you will support our facility management teams responsibilities and requirements across our highly regulated estates.
You will be primarily supporting the delivery of a workplace environment that is safe, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation, thus enabling delivery of requirements to meet the needs of our programme demanders.
You'll be a part of the facility management team for a designated set of facilities; one of your key focuses is to help retain maximum facility availability. This is a vital role supporting the maintenance and the general upkeep of our buildings whilst ensuring that the right safety measures are in place and always followed.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A keen attention for detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and otherwise sensitive matters professionally.
- Ability to be decisive under pressure with the confidence to challenge and push back if required.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior experience within customer service and administration.
The following would be advantageous:
- IOSH or NEBOSH is an advantage, but not essential (as this training can be sponsored in the role).
- IWFM professional membership held or willing to work towards.
- Prior facility, health and safety, relevant experience is an advantage, but not essential (as training will be provided).
- Experience of using bespoke building software (building management system) would be advantageous but not essential.
All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
