Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for several Factory Operators for our client based in Blaydon, Tyne and Wear.The role is open to applicants of varying levels of experience as training will be provided

Pay rate

£11.44-£15

Shifts

8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-3:30pm Friday

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Work with sheet metal to create custom fabrications as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure that each item accurately complies with specification.
