### Description**About the Role** We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Skegness Resort aspart of our Fairground.As a Manager, you’ll be vital in helping our guest’s create smiles – gettingstuck in to give them a great experience! You’ll be part of a big team ofpeople who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether morefun and entertaining holiday. You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about deliveringexceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the teamin a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence,incorporating all brand standards and Butlin’s way of working Reporting to the Leisure Experience Manager, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busyenvironment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene andcleanliness. You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guestobsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do. The role will also involve analysing KPI’s to maximise gross profit marginsand adhering health & safety policies.You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others todeliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocatefor your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121sand PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin’s.
