Fairground Shift Manager Hiring Immediately - Placed App : Job Details

### Description**We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our Fairground Team. **The Shift Manager within our traditional Fairground will be responsible forensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasksand objectives are being carried out by the team and that team are in theright place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demandwhilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high.You will support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a great experienceand are also driving any key targets such as add on sales or promotions.This is an operational guest facing role and therefore all none-guest facingtasks and activity will be allocated as time within your working week to allowyou to spend the majority of your time within your venue and with our guests.This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is veryimportant. As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you willneed to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that ourguest experience is always your number one priority.### About YouWe are looking for a leader from within a fairground or similar environmentthat can support the team to deliver fantastic service. Putting the guestsfirst in everything you do, you will have experience in training and coachingthe team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellence experience. You should have previous experience in leading a team within a leisureenvironment. You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilstdelivering consistent brand standards. The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of highdemand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities andadapt quickly to changing requirements.
