Family Assistant - Willesden Green

Salary: £50-55k GPA

A lovely family of five based in Willesden Green are looking for a proactive, quick thinking and adaptable Family Assistant. You will work closely with the Principals to ensure that the household, family offices and the family’s personal lives are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be a driver and a car is provided for you to use while working.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Diary and household calendar management
• School runs
• Managing after-school activities
• Scheduling household maintenance
• Running errands
• Managing home and Central London office
• Household and organisational projects
• Assisting with travel arrangements and planning
• Filing, emailing, light bookkeeping
• Manage office supplies/inventory
• Family grocery shopping
• A great cook who can handle different dietary needs would be a bonus!

Start date: ASAP

Working hours:

• Mon 7am - 5.30pm
• Tue 10am - 6.30pm
• Wed 8am or 10am- 6.30pm
• Thurs 10 am - 10pm
• Fri 8am or 10am - 6pm
