The successful candidate will join an established Family Law team, working directly with a respected leader in the field, and will benefit from the support of a highly experienced team. This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in family law, working with a diverse caseload, and offering legal advice, representation, and support to clients dealing with a wide range of family-related matters.To be considered for this position, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience in family law. A solid understanding of Scottish family law, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, domestic abuse, and adoption is essential. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. The role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
