Job description: A law firm in Manchester is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join the firm on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be available immediately, and be available to work full time hours.

This is a Full Time role on a Locum basis.

The successful candidate will be:

• Managing a complex caseload, dealing with anything from fixed-fee divorces to financial disputes –
• Managing a caseload of divorce and financial matters from inception to conclusion
• Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements
• Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and related areas
