Devon County Council are looking for Two Qualified Social Worker to work Family Practitioners. Details of the role are:

FIT provides intensive in the home whole family support to our most vulnerable families who are not open to social work. As families live in communities, we hope to impact on all of the strategic priorities. Below are the most directly aligned. • Be ambitious for children and young people • Tackle Poverty and inequality • Improve health and wellbeing • Help communities be safe, connected, and resilient.

To apply for this role you must have:

• Be local to Devon County Council (this role involves office presence and visits to clients)
• Have previous experience within Children and Family Services
• Be eligible to work within the UK
