A fantastic family solicitor role has arisen within a reputable Worcestershire-based firm. You will join a department consisting of two respectable and knowledgeable partners, undertaking privately funded family work – with a view to growing and progressing quickly!

The Role

This family solicitor role requires you to handle your own caseload of privately funded family matters to include divorce, finances and private children. You will have support from the managing partner and a senior partner within the department, between them offering up well over 40 years’ experience.

About You

This firm is looking for a family solicitor with at least three years PQE who can hit the ground running on an array of private family matters. You must be open to progressing as this role is a succession planning role which may offer potential partnership for the future. It is essential you are keen to play an active role in marketing and developing the department. You will also require the drive and ambition to embark on a path of personal continuous improvement and will have a Resolution specialism and ADR qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
