Family Solicitor - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

A thriving Derbyshire-based Family Department is excited to announce a rare opportunity for a talented and motivated 4-7 year PQE Solicitor or Fee Earner to join the team. 

As a family solicitor within this team, you will be expected to handle a diverse range of private family law matters. This position is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, and eager to mentor junior team members and trainee solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and advocacy in private family law, including:
  • Separation and divorce
  • Financial remedy applications
  • Financial matters for cohabitees
  • Private law children matters
• Manage cases with minimal supervision
• Engage directly with clients to deliver personalised legal solutions
• Travel between our offices as required to meet client needs

Desirable Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or full CILEx qualification
• Membership of Resolution and adherence to its code of practice (preferred)
• Willingness to participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm and team
