The opportunity: 

• This boutique law firm in Tiverton is looking to expand its family law team and is searching for a technically excellent family lawyer
• There is already an abundance of work to be getting on with
• Working within this small practice you will be a true team player and make a big difference

What will you do? 

• Handle privately funded family law matters
• You will work on a broad caseload, including divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes & more
• Work closely with a very knowledgeable department head & team

What do you need? 

• Ideally at least 3 years’ PQE as a family solicitor or legal executive
• Family law experience
