Are you an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for a unique opportunity to establish and develop a new department? This role offers the chance to be the first dedicated family law fee earner at this successful Exeter branch, with a strong pipeline of work already in place.

Your Role:
- Launch & grow the family law division in the Exeter office
- Manage an existing caseload of privately funded family law matters
- Handle divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial disputes, cohabitation & nuptial agreements
- Represent clients in family court proceedings, including financial remedy hearings, injunctive proceedings and child arrangement disputes
- Liaise with barristers & attend court as needed
- Promote and facilitate mediation & collaborative law
- Build strong client relationships and uphold the firm’s positive reputation
What You Need to Succeed:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law
- At least 3 years' PQE managing your own caseload
- Ambition & drive to build and expand a successful family law team
- A proactive approach to business development & marketing
