Associate Family Solicitor

Location: Preston

A market-leading firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join its team to handle a variety of privately funded divorce, financial and children matters.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Family files and progressing client work efficiently whilst ensuring confidentiality and the security of documents
• Attending court, mediations and meetings
• Achieving billing and time recording targets
• Supporting team members and promoting the firm's values within your work
• Supporting the firm with business development activities

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE experience in Family, ideally with a following
• Experienced with acting for high-net-worth clients
• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident in business development and winning work
