Our client offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary, alongside a bonus scheme to reward your contributions.Job Title: Family Solicitor/Legal Executive Salary: £35,000 per annumLocation: Watford (Hybrid - 2 Days WFH)Hours: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases on legal aid cases.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a compassionate, client-focused approach at all times.
• Draft legal documents, such as court applications, consent orders, and financial statements.
• Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings when required.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Stay updated on developments in family law to provide the highest level of service.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE in Family Law).
• Previous experience in Legal Aid (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively.
• High attention to detail, particularly with legal drafting.
• Empathetic and supportive approach to client care.
